Do you want to become a dental assistant in New York, but are unsure how you can afford the time or money to train for your new career? The Roshe Institute can help! If you have ever dreamed of a career in the dental field, but do not have the resources to attend school full time, The Roshe Institute has your solution. A New York City dental assisting school, we provide hands-on field training to prepare you for immediate job placement in a dental office. The Roshe Institute is fully licensed by the New York State Education Department. Instead of spending hundreds of classroom hours learning about dental assisting, as a Roshe Institute student, you will learn everything you need to know for an entry job in a dental office in just 84 classroom hours. That means you can keep your regular job while pursuing your new career in dentistry.
Learning Environment
In addition to the accelerated two-night per week learning track, The Roshe Institute is different from other dental assistant schools, because our students learn in an actual dental office with a low teacher-to-student ratio. Hands-on training is provided by Dr. Alexander Roshe and his team of experienced dental assistants – all of whom have at least 15 to 20 years of experience in dentistry. We provide training using the latest in dental technology, including digital x-rays and Dentrix – each of which are becoming standard in dental offices across the country. Our course graduates receive a course certificate, as well as Roshe Institute job placement guidance. If you already have experience as a dental assistant, but need to learn about changes in dental technology, we offer refresher courses as well. Our hands-on training provides real world skills that you can use immediately in your existing career. Contact us for more information about our continuing education classes.
